About this space
Our smaller dining room is a 1600 sq ft culinary event space with a seated capacity of 28 people. The room is perfect for intimate celebrations, cooking classes, wedding ceremonies or small meetings.
This space features a fully stocked and equipped open chef’s kitchen, a 65" HD screen TV, Wi-Fi, and speakers.
Prices
Culinary Events (Includes use of kitchen and dining area with guests):
• By the Hour: $500 / HOUR | 5 HOUR MINIMUM (Event time up to 3 hours)
• By the Day: $5,000 / 12-HOUR DAY
• Multi-Day: $4,000 / DAY
Film/Photo Shoots or Offsite Meeting Rates:
• By the Hour: $350/ HOUR | 4 HOUR MINIMUM
• By the Day: $3,500 / 12-HOUR DAY
• Multi-Day: $3,000 / DAY
Additional Services: $50/hour Concierge (Required), NA Beverage package: $10 pp (Optional).
Cocktail Party for 30 - 40 guests: $195* per guest
Starting Price. *The final cost will depend on the number of courses, serving style, level of wine service and whether specialty ingredients (e.g. caviar, foie gras, wagyu beef) are requested.
Wedding Packages: $10,000 - $17,500.
Additional Services: In-House Sommelier, Event Design & Planning, Floral Decor, Food & Prop Styling, Photographers, Video Production.
