About this space

An intimate, styled lounge set with a mid-height ceiling, textured green wall finishes and a hard floor layered with a patterned rug. Table lamps and studio fixtures provide controllable warm and colored illumination.

Room features: On-site video and photography equipment enables immediate shoot setup and framing, while a PA system and speakers handle on-set playback and amplification; the room's soundproofing allows direct voice capture.

Best for: Podcasts, interviews and short-form social videos match the room's production capabilities.

What sets it apart: A built-in neon CHA CHING sign and purpose-built decorative styling create a ready-made branded backdrop.
