Industrial warehouse venue in Brooklyn available for film productions, photo shoots, music videos, fashion shoots, and live events. This 4,300 sq ft space combines raw industrial character with flexible production functionality, featuring exposed brick walls, steel columns, concrete floors, and high ceilings.
The venue includes a large main warehouse (approx. 3,230 sq ft), two smaller rooms, five bathrooms, and additional storage areas. The main room features a wooden stage, an unstocked brick bar, and a dramatic historic freight elevator door (non-operational) that serves as a unique visual backdrop. Movable set pieces include mannequins, floor lamps, a clawfoot tub, couch, cabinet, and other props that can be repositioned for shoots.
Lighting included with every booking: two Nanlite FC500C RGB spotlights, two additional LED spotlights, and four Nanlite PavoTube II 30XR tube lights with adjustable color and intensity. House lighting and one window for optional daylight are also available.
The venue offers strong electrical infrastructure, high-speed WiFi, and a new central HVAC system for year-round comfort.
Located two blocks from the Halsey J train station at the crossroads of Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and Ocean Hill, the space is accessible for cast, crew, and guests.
Capacity is up to 120 guests. Audio levels are managed through a venue sound policy, with stronger sound generally permitted before midnight within agreed limits. Medium and large events require event insurance and venue-arranged security.
Equipment and set hold options are available for multi-day productions. Additional fees may apply when setups block other booking windows. Short-term storage may be available depending on schedule.
Second-floor venue accessed by stairs only (no wheelchair access). Hours may be available 24/7 depending on staff and booking schedule.

Renters leave the property, gear, and furnishings in the same state as when they arrived.
No smoking is allowed in the building.
Smoke bombs are not allowed.
Large scale pyrotechnics are not allowed. Performances involving fire and candles must be cleared in advance.
Modifications to the floors, walls, and ceilings are generally prohibited. Any small changes must be proposed in advance.
Loose glitter, confetti, fake blood, paint, and all messy materials must be discussed and approved in advance.
Renters must be 25 years old in order to rent for an event. Birthday parties for people under 25 are not allowed.
