About this space
The studio is a large, open workspace centred on a smooth white cyclorama that curves into the floor and sits beneath a high trussed roof fitted with linear overhead lighting. Daylight is available and the surrounding floor has an industrial finish.
Room features: The studio supports full-day productions with air conditioning and on-site Wi‑Fi, and provides a PA system for playback and announcements. Dedicated storage space and a selection of backdrops enable rapid set changes.
Best for: Product and still-life photography, fashion and portrait shoots, lookbooks and commercial video production.
What sets it apart: A raised platform at one end provides an elevated working area for camera positions and lighting.

(Please Read Carefully)
• Booking Time & Overtime: Your reserved time includes setup, production, and breakdown. Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate and must be paid directly or through your booking platform.
• Liability: Leave the space as you found it. Damaged, removed, or lost items will be charged at replacement cost.
• Furniture & Items: Furniture/mirrors may only be moved with permission and must be returned to original locations. Non-compliance may incur a cleaning fee.
• Kitchenette: Clean up after use. Water and coffee station are available. Do not leave items in the fridge/microwave. All snacks/beverages are studio property and will be charged if consumed.
• Weapons Policy: No guns or weapons. Prop guns only with written approval and must stay inside. Violation will result in immediate cancellation, no refund, and a $250 fee.
• Haze/Smoke: Permitted with proper use.
• Guest Property: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Surveillance: The studio is monitored for safety and security purposes. Photos/video may be captured on-site.
• Trash & Cleaning: Light cleaning is expected. Excessive trash, stains, or debris will result in an additional fee.
• Entrance & Deliveries: Use the rear alley entrance only.
• Nudity: Allowed, but no pornography without prior written approval.
• Parking: Park at your own risk. The studio is not liable for theft, damage, or citations.
• Rule Violations: Breaking rules may result in immediate termination of your session with no refund.
• TV Access: Ask on-site manager for access. Smart TV/Wi-Fi enabled.
•Cyc Wall Rules: Cyc wall is as-is. Fresh paint available for $75. No cars/tires without prior approval and fee. Booties required (4 pairs included; $2 each for extras). Excessive markings = $75 repaint fee. Do not step on the curves. Markings will result in an immediate $75 charge. You are responsible for any damage to the cyc wall.
