UO NIGIRI in Marina Del Rey offers authentic Japanese sushi made from the freshest seasonal seafood. Chef/owner Yusuke Irie sources whole, wild bluefin tuna and other exotic seafood from Toyosu Market, New Zealand and both coasts of the US to ensure the freshest quality possible. Unlike most sushi restaurants, we cut and fillet all our fish in-house to maintain our standards as high as possible.
