Featuring a stage, multiple TVs, and a bar table, the space offers flexible furniture arrangements to accommodate diverse event styles.
Amenities such as Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and lounge seating enhance the venue’s functionality, creating an inviting atmosphere for creative and social gatherings. Previous events held here include holiday celebrations, baby showers, industry mixers, sip & paint sessions, karaoke nights, album release parties, game and movie nights, small comedy and acoustic shows, art showcases, vendor markets, and Super Bowl or fight night watch parties.
Prices
- Microphone: $5 per item
- Self-Powered Speakers: $5 per item
- Mixer: $15 flat fee
- Chairs: $1 per item
- 6-Person Table: $5 per item
- Karaoke: $100 flat fee
Please note:
A refundable cleaning deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the event (or the next day for events ending after 11pm) if the space is left in its original condition and rules are followed.
Rental rates are based on the number of guests. If actual attendance exceeds the initial booking, the rate will be retroactively adjusted for the entire booking. Even if fewer guests were present for some time, if more guests attend than booked, the new rate applies to all hours.
Exceeding maximum capacity may result in event termination without refund. Be honest about event details and guest count. If needed, we can refer you to other venues.

Host rules
Please ensure the space is respected and left in the same condition it was found. Renters are fully responsible for any damages incurred.
Please be mindful that your booking time includes both setup and cleanup. Arriving before or staying beyond your reserved time is not permitted. Crews must complete all activities and begin cleaning at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time to ensure a timely exit. Overtime charges will apply for any additional time.
Strictly prohibited:
- Pets
- Gang activity
- Tobacco smoking indoors
- Raves or rave-like parties
- Mosh pits
- Any illegal activity
If you or your guests intend to disrespect the space, staff, or become excessively intoxicated, please do not book.
Additional details:
- Furniture and decorations may be moved.
- If you would like all furniture to be removed before your event, please let us know upon booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
