No Smoking/Hazer Use is allowed on the premises. Damages to space and property will result in extra charges. Selling alcohol require additional insurance and event license as well as dedicated and certified staff members. Standard practice and use of the theater space is expected. No adult filming shall be permitted. The venue does not allow productions to continue past 11:30pm. Venue should be closed and locked up by midnight.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with! I loved every step of the process. The space was also perfect for our event. screenings, live music, interviews, and fits a great crowd thats central to most of LA!

At first it was hard to find the venue! but its no problem once you see it!

Yes, the venue has some tables available for snacks and drinks.

Overtime is charged for every 30 minutes after the event, at the same rate as the rental.

The projector is connected via HDMI, so devices brought for projection should be compatible with HDMI.
