- Only venue-approved technicians may enter the tech booth.
- Selling tickets, food, or drinks is prohibited without venue approval.
- Sound levels must be approved by management.
- Clean the theater (dressing rooms, booth, audience area) and dispose of trash after use.
- Dressing rooms must be left neat and clean.
- Do not tack, tape, screw, or nail anything to the walls.
- No smoking, glitter, confetti, blood, or property misuse.
- Keep personal belongings off counters when not in use.
- Only Eastwood staff may adjust air conditioning.
- A 15-minute grace period applies at the end of your rental; extra time will be charged.
- Eastwood is not responsible for lost items.
- Doors must remain closed at all times; coordinate entry for your party.
- Limited storage space is available for rent.
- All construction must be done off-site; no spray-painting allowed.
- Lighting must remain in designated areas and be reset during strike.
