Christmas tree will be installed in this studio after October 21st. Decorations will be located in one of the studio corners by the window on the right side of the studio.

All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, bookings involving hard to clean materials such as glitter, body oil, fake blood, and similar substances, or at the discretion of the host, may require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit.
