The space is ideal for delivering creative content for you, your product or service.
Besides the unlimited day light source, the space is fully equipped with Professional profoto lighting kit, also Variety of colorful backdrops, additional charge for renting.
Prices
Booking 8+ hours: 10% off.
Additional fees depending on the number of people:
- from 1 to 7 people: no additional costs
- from 8 to 10 people: +$20/hour
Add-ons from the host:
Backdrop, 1 time pull down, meaning when you step on it - 30$ each color

Photography assistance for studio shoot - $20/hour.
If you will be using following: Glitters, Feathers, Confetti, Oil sprays, Artificial snow, flowers or anything what can leave the marks on the furniture, walls or equipments, be advised that a cleaning fee will be charged starting at 50$ and additional charges will be added based on the condition of the studio.

Allowed events
Host rules
- No smoking
- No Food or Drinks on the furniture
- Studio door must be closed at all times
- Lighting equipments must be turned off if not using them.
- Furniture and equipments may be moved around, anything moved must be placed back before your shoot ends in it's original place
- Nudity is allowed
- Music is allowed in an appropriate manners, as long as it doesn't interfere work flow of other tenants of the building.

we offer Profoto lighting kit for renting, we also offer variety of backdrops for extra 30$ charge.
Studio is on 11th floor, no street noise is coming in.
