Our pristine 1,100 square foot mid-century house features large patios, designed and built in 1947-51 in the Usonian style.
Designated as an architectural monument, it is located at the top of Mt. Washington with huge views in all directions.
The workmanship is extraordinary, with matched grain redwood walls creating organic, beautiful geometric design details. Large windows reveal sweeping views of the LA cityscape and beyond.
The venue is perfect for small to moderate-scale stills shoots and film.
There are 2 off-street parking spots at the house, with extra parking available on the street.
It is a residential street, and care should be taken to respect the peaceful environment in which we are located.
There is ample staging area for equipment and set up. There are also two bedrooms, which can be used for dressing rooms and makeup, etc.
