Located west of downtown L.A. and south of Hollywood, Ktown is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Los Angeles. This is a real neighborhood, with real culture, and real neighbors.
We are honored to provide you with an adaptive creative space; we just ask that during your creative process, please take into consideration our neighbors.
Light smoking is ok. No shoes on inside unless you provide booties for your crew. Keep Music down if the shoot is past 10 pm at night.
Parking can be a bit tricky so give yourself a little extra parking time.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
No moving furniture and decorations.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
