This 1,395 sq. ft. ground-floor photography studio features a white cyclorama wall and 12'x20' motorized canvas backdrops. The space includes a private hair/makeup station and an in-studio restroom. Loading is seamless with easy first-floor access and ample parking.
Equipment included with every booking:
Lighting: GVM 300W LED, Godox 150W LED, and Smith Victor 60W Lady Bug LED.
Grip: 4 C-stands, 3 sandbags, and a rolling stand with Avenger D600 mini boom.
Studio Essentials: 2 V-flats, posing table, clothing rack, steamer.

Alcohol is permitted for all guests over 21 years of age upon approval.
Overtime: If your production runs over, we do offer overtime at the same rate of $80 per hour.
Parking: Parking is free. 2 huge parking lot in front and back. Limited to 2 cars per production in front parking lot, and the rest can park in the back.
PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
