About this space

A long, narrow interior room finished with painted teal walls and a high-contrast patterned carpet. Standard ceiling height and multiple internal doorways create an intimate, contained working area suited to tight-framed compositions and tabletop setups.

Room features: A fixed greenscreen enables chroma-key shoots and background replacement. Wall mirrors support styling and quick visual checks, while air conditioning and on-site Wi‑Fi keep crews comfortable and connected during extended sessions.

Best for: Portrait and fashion photography, small editorial shoots and product still-life.

We are honored to provide you with an adaptive creative space; we just ask that during your creative process, please take into consideration our neighbors.

Light smoking is ok. No shoes on inside unless you provide booties for your crew. Keep Music down if the shoot is past 10 pm at night.
Parking can be a bit tricky so give yourself a little extra parking time.
