Our Downtown 163 Apartment is a 550 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. There is a basement, front porch, and huge industrial backyard with truck-loading doors.

Our house was built in the 1920s. It is located in downtown Los Angeles near the Arts District. Our place is perfect for photo shoots, base camps, music video shoots, TV commercials, and action movies.
