1. Respect the Space: Please treat the space with care. Any damages to the property or furnishings will be the guest’s responsibility.

2. Furniture Policy:
• Do not move any furniture without prior approval. All furniture is intentionally placed and must remain in its designated location.
• No placing liquids, food, or sharp objects directly on any surfaces—especially the pool table, velvet sectional or custom-designed pieces.
• Coasters and trays must be used at all times.
• Avoid sitting on furniture with heavy makeup, body oils, glitter, or body paint.

3. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the inside and outside areas of the loft.
4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved for a shoot or production.
5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only individuals included in the booking are allowed on-site. Please notify us in advance if your headcount changes.
6. Noise Level: Keep music and noise at a respectful level. No amplified sound after 8 PM without prior arrangement.

7. Outdoor Area:
• The outdoor area is available for use and must be left clean and tidy.
• No glitter, confetti, or open flames allowed.
• Outdoor furniture must remain outside. If it is moved, please place it back to its original place when finished.
8. No Adult Content: Explicit adult content or pornography is not permitted on the premises.

9. Cleaning:
• A standard cleaning fee is applied, but guests must tidy up after themselves.
• Excessive mess, spills, or damage may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.
10. Production Insurance (if applicable): Commercial productions may be required to provide proof of insurance.
11. Time Management: Setup and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time. Overtime will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
12. Security Cameras: Security cameras are in place in common areas (never private spaces) for your safety and ours.
