The facade features Corinthian columns and a second-floor balcony, with a pergola garden, brick pathways, climbing vines, classical statuary, and a large side lawn. It suits film and TV productions, music videos, fashion shoots, brand activations, ceremonies, corporate events, and private gatherings. On-site parking is available.

A $400 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
Minimum booking: 4 hours.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Nuno Productions LLC as additional insured with minimum $1,000,000 general liability is required prior to your event date.
For bookings made less than 48 hours before the event date, full payment is required immediately at time of booking.

This is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (#117). All guests are expected to treat the property with the utmost care and professionalism.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
No open flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval.
No oil-based haze or smoke machines — water-based atmospherics only.
No modifications, drilling, nailing, or permanent changes to any surface.
Painters tape only — no other adhesives on walls, floors, or fixtures.
All hardwood floors must be protected with mats or layout board during load-in and throughout the booking.
Use cardboard or padding on all corners, doors, and high-traffic walls.
Furniture and fixtures may not be moved without prior approval from the property manager.
Chandeliers, sconces, and antique fixtures may not be adjusted without a site tech present.
Animals are permitted with prior approval from the property manager.
All trash must be removed by the end of the booking.
Off-limit rooms will be specified before your booking — do not enter restricted areas.

Damage to the property will result in additional charges beyond the security deposit.
A pre-booking damage walkthrough is required before any equipment is unloaded.
