The Beckett Mansion is a historic townhouse venue whose defining quality is its eclectic interiors that combine period architecture with layered, art-led decorative detail.

Design: The interiors mix vintage furnishings, patterned wallcoverings and dense wall-mounted art to create an eclectic, domestic feel. Rooms feature wood floors, varied textiles and pockets of ornate period detail.

Features: The venue has a PA system and speakers for announcements and music. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout the building. Hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ.

This is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (#117). All guests are expected to treat the property with the utmost care and professionalism.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
No open flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval.
No oil-based haze or smoke machines — water-based atmospherics only.
No modifications, drilling, nailing, or permanent changes to any surface.
Painters tape only — no other adhesives on walls, floors, or fixtures.
All hardwood floors must be protected with mats or layout board during load-in and throughout the booking.
Use cardboard or padding on all corners, doors, and high-traffic walls.
Furniture and fixtures may not be moved without prior approval from the property manager.
Chandeliers, sconces, and antique fixtures may not be adjusted without a site tech present.
Animals are permitted with prior approval from the property manager.
All trash must be removed by the end of the booking.
Off-limit rooms will be specified before your booking — do not enter restricted areas.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Nuno Productions LLC as additional insured with minimum $1,000,000 general liability is required prior to your event date.
Damage to the property will result in additional charges beyond the security deposit.
A pre-booking damage walkthrough is required before any equipment is unloaded.
