• All participants participate at their own risk.
• Each guest must have a signed waiver on file in order to participate in any activities in or at any Facility.
• Any participants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian present to sign waiver for them each and every time they participate. Children under the age of 13 are not eligible for membership or training unless supervised at all times by parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians will be held responsible for all damage done by their children or minor participants.
• The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel any membership/training, at any time for any reason which is in the best interest of the organization, its members, associates, or ownership.
• All participants must follow instructions of staff. Anyone disobeying instructions or that is being unruly will be asked to leave activity immediately. Any conduct by a participant/attendee which unreasonably interferes with use and enjoyment of the club by other participants/attendees or guests or disrupts or interferes with normal, safe, and efficient operation of any • • • Facility, and/or equipment or attempts to prevent normal business operations, is strictly prohibited.
• Any participant that appears to be intoxicated may be asked to leave immediately.
• Company shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged equipment that is brought into any Facilities to use, or not.
• Dress Code: All participants and guests dressed appropriately while present at any Facility. The Company reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove any person from the Facilities or any activities taking place therein if the Company determines (in its sole discretion) that such person is inappropriately dressed.
