Located near the heart of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), this remarkable third-floor open space offers over 1,600 square feet of versatile and charming space. Featuring wooden beams, a projector for presentations and entertainment, and a vaulted ceiling, it exudes character and warmth.

Host your next meeting or team off-site in this lively, airy industrial loft designed to spark creativity. With high exposed ceilings draped in soft sheers and colorful accent walls, the space features a central conference setup for 8–10 guests (more chairs & table can be added), a large projector screen, and two TVs for presentations or media.

Amenities include a small lounge area, two changing areas, a restroom, and free WiFi. You'll also find a selection of fitness equipment—perfect for mid-meeting stretches—including a pull-up bar, Bowflex weights, mirrors, and even a Peloton bike.

Need a break? A cozy coffee shop is located just downstairs and open until 10pm. Lighting is adjustable to set the mood, whether you're brainstorming, presenting, or unwinding.

Note: This space is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator—so you'll get your steps in before you even start.
