Host rules
• Each space offers tray passed service, seated dining, stations, or a combination to achieve the result you desire for your event.
• A deposit of 50% of the food & beverage minimum and a signed contract are required to hold the date. Remainder of the food & beverage minimum along with local tax and a 22% service fee are due before the event.
• You may combine multiple areas to accommodate your party's number of guests and the desired amount of space for your event.
• Provided your food & beverage options reach the food & beverage minimum for the area(s) you have selected, there is no additional fee to use the space. In the case that your food & beverage minimum is not reached, the additional fee would just be added to reach the food & beverage minimum required for the space.
• Weekday pricing is Monday - Thursday. Weekend pricing is Friday - Sunday.
• Final guest count and food selections are due 3 days prior to the event.
• In the case that you need to postpone your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to credit any deposit to a new event within a year's time.
