The Screening Room at The Lot at Formosa is set up like a proper small cinema, with tiered seating and upholstered chairs all facing a 150” fixed screen, so everyone gets a clear view.
It’s built for focused viewing, with 4K UHD projection (3840 x 2160), strong contrast, and support for HDR10 and HLG, along with colour tuned to about 95% DCI-P3. Sound is handled by a 7.1 surround system, with a receiver that supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, so audio comes through clean and balanced.
The lighting is low for screenings but can be adjusted when you need it for presentations.

SCREENING ROOM POLICIES
• Clients/guests may congregate in common areas (outdoor & building exterior) before, during, or after screenings.
• No staging, signage, or setup is permitted in common areas of the Lot without prior approval.
• No items may be leaned against walls or placed on seats.
• No tape may be used on any surface.
• Access to screening room is typically permitted 15 minutes prior to booking time.
• Client and all guests must be out of the screening room and entryway 10 minutes after the end of client’s booked time or additional charges for additional time will apply.
• All guests and vehicles must exit property by end of booking time.
• Only bottled water is allowed inside. No other food or drinks are permitted.
• For exterior service, please coordinate with Studio Services.
• Alcohol permitted only with proper insurance.
• No smoking or e-cigarettes within buildings or near entrances.
• No gum or sticky substances permitted.
• Reception spaces are available for additional fee with furnishing.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
