With a seating area of roughly 1000 square feet, this space can be used for movie screenings via DCP, Blu-ray, streaming through an Apple TV device, or from an HDMI-capable device, featuring a 200' screen, a Dolby 5.0 surround sound system, and a separate PA system with one mixer and 4 passive speakers.

It can additionally be used as a performance space for an audience of around 50 attendees and as a gallery space, featuring recessed and dimmable lighting, with the light controls near the front door, and an accessible double front door.
