About this space

A rectangular studio with wood-plank flooring and an exposed red-brick wall that receives strong daylight through large steel-framed windows. The ceiling shows exposed beams and hanging string lights; natural light dominates and there is no visible blackout control.

Room features: On-site Wi-Fi supports file transfers and remote direction. A built-in PA system supplies playback for music and cues, wall mirrors enable quick styling checks, and air conditioning keeps the space comfortable during long sessions.

Best for: Portrait and fashion shoots, editorial and video content, and small-scale performance or rehearsal capture.

All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, bookings involving hard to clean materials such as glitter, body oil, fake blood, and similar substances, or at the discretion of the host, may require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit.
