The room is a compact, enclosed control room finished in dark acoustic paneling and laminate flooring, featuring a glass door into an adjacent live booth and controlled artificial lighting only.
Room features: The workstation provides dual computer displays and near-field monitors for tracking and listening, a PA speaker system for foldback, on-site Wi‑Fi for file transfer, and wall-mounted air conditioning to stabilise conditions during sessions.
Best for: Music recording, mixing and production sessions, including vocal overdubs and small ensemble tracking.
What sets it apart: An integrated RGB LED strip system runs across the walls and ceiling to provide stylized, camera-ready ambient lighting.

General Rules
This is a professional recording studio where high-quality vocal and instrument tracks can be recorded. Please respect the building and space, and leave the studio in the same clean condition as you found it. Smoking is permitted only outside, and outside catering is allowed. The studio is to reserved for recording and business-related activities only.
Guests
The studio is not open to the public. All guests must be greeted and escorted by a studio representative in order to enter the building.
Damage & Liability
Each person is responsible for their own personal belongings, and our recording studio cannot be held liable for any harm, loss, or damage that occurs on the premises. Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by guests or clients will result in responsibility for covering repair or replacement costs. Original recordings and media should be stored on personal hard drives, as the studio takes no responsibility for loss or damage of stored files.
Studio Equipment
Studio equipment should only be used as intended and never for unauthorized or illegal activities. The studio should be left in the same condition as it was at the start of the session, with all furniture and equipment returned to their original positions.
Studio Time
The booked time includes all setup, recording, and breaks. Late arrivals will not result in additional studio time or adjustments to the booking.
Respectful Behavior
Our Recording Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that harms staff, equipment, the space, or reputation.
Booking with our recording studios indicates an agreement to abide by these house rules. Any violation may result in the termination of the session.
No smoking in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building in the back, with easy access to the area.
