1. Bookings are limited to the approved guest count and activities disclosed at the time of reservation.
2. All food and nonalcoholic beverages must be purchased through the café unless an exception is approved in advance. No outside catering or cooking without prior approval.
3. BYOB may be permitted with advance approval. Guests must provide their own cups and accessories. All alcohol arrangements are subject to venue approval and applicable laws.
4. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
5. Keep music and conversations at reasonable levels. DJs, amplified performances, and loud activities require prior approval.
6. No glitter, confetti, open flames, or damaging adhesives. Decorations must not obstruct exits or damage walls, furniture, or fixtures.
7. Furniture may only be rearranged with prior approval and must be returned to its original arrangement.
8. Access is limited to the approved rental space. The kitchen and all areas behind the counter are strictly off-limits, along with residential areas, the garage, storage areas, and employee-only spaces.
9. All activities and guests must leave by the end of the reserved rental period.
10. Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and event materials before leaving. Leave the space in good condition.
11. Any changes to the guest count, event type, or planned activities must be approved in advance.
12. Security cameras are installed in the common areas of the coffee shop for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices in the restroom.
