Outside non-alcoholic beverages, Beer & Wine are allowed

No outside Liquor allowed. Must coordinate with our in-house TABC Bartending Company, La Rue Catering

Adhere to the access times on the contract for set-up/delivery and breakdown/pickup

Client must be present to accept delivery and sign off on set-up ** no on-site venue coordinator on the day of the event

Bring all tools required for set-up as due to liability we are not able to loan you these items **must use gaff tape not duct tape

Clean up all trash after set-up and breakdown **dumpsters located on property in the parking lot

No storage of equipment/dead cases left on property during the event with the exception of catering in designated catering prep room. All other vendors must return items to their vehicles

Nothing left overnight

Rubber wheeled dollies only for load-in/out **pallet jacks not allowed - no dragging items over concrete

Nothing can be permanently affixed to the walls
**permitted: zip ties, temporary truss sytems, gaff tape, etc.
**non-permitted: glue, nails, push pins, staples, duct tape, etc.

Advise The Green Room Venue Coordinator of any special electrical requirements 30 days prior to the event date to insure that they can be accommodates

All vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance on file for The Green Room reflecting that the vendor has in effect a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy based on the COI Requirements naming "Alba 34th LP & SG Events, LLC, PO Box 7600 Houston, TX 77270" and waiving rights of subrogation as per the requirements **must be on file prior to performing any work at The Green Room - No Exceptions

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

We absolutely loved the Green Room for our graduation party. The vibe was perfect – cozy yet spacious enough for everyone (32 guests) to eat & mingle comfortably. The style was modern & went well with our own decor. We had outside catering which fit perfectly along the counter, and any overflow was in the prep room. We even got to play a slideshow on the big screen TV, thanks to some tech savvy guests who helped. Ariana was super friendly and accommodating, making sure to answer all my questions. I booked from out of state, sight unseen, and Ariana let me come in a few days before to view the room. My guests all loved the space. Highly recommend it for any small to medium-sized gatherings.
Nothing to dislike- only thing they could improve is to provide a PDF of instructions for the TV & thermostat as the hard copies were missing in the room. Also, they could provide better signage, or maybe sandwich boards to direct guests to the room on the day of the event. None of these affected out experience as the event ran smoothly & the space was a winner.
