About this space
This wellness inspired sanctuary is the most exceptional space in Houston for pool, wellness, and nature inspired shoots and events. This space has previously been reserved for :
1) Custom photoshoots for clothing and wellness brands
2) Portfolio shoots for internationally renowned models

Preference is given to bookings for 60 people or less. Open to larger events on a case by case basis – please inquire.
This 5300 sq. ft. ranch style home was completely renovated and modernized in 2023. It is conveniently located 10 miles outside of downtown Houston and is only a 15 minute drive from Montrose, The Heights, Galleria area, and much more.
The home is unique due to its massive, yet serene backyard. A large, Olympic size pool with glass tiled spa area forms the focal point. A 3500 sq. ft. deck surrounds the pool and is clad in neutral stone which perfectly reflects natural light for photo and video shoots. Lush emerald zoysia grass creates a serene feel. Four Seasons style resort furniture adds an elegant and relaxing touch. Other amenities include a beautifully curated organic vegetable garden and lots of natural wildlife (birds, butterflies, etc.) The backyard is completely screened by thick foliage, mature 100 ft. tall trees, and shrubs.
A sliding wall of windows opens completely to allow seamless flow from indoor solarium and kitchen area to the outdoors. Décor is neutral colors with contrasting black accents – a designers dream.
The circular driveway accommodate 30+ cars. An auxiliary driveway allows direct access to the backyard for easy loading / unloading.

Host rules
1) Please ensure you have accurately specified the number of guests. We will assess our normal hourly rates for guest counts that exceed the number of guests agreed in the booking.
2) Please confirm which parts of the property you need access to prior to booking. By default, your booking includes the backyard outdoor space including the pool. Additional portions of the property can be made available on a case by case basis but MUST BE ARRANGED IN WRITING PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
3) We are not able to make exceptions to the booking policy due to weather, sickness, or any other reason. If you are planning an event which will take place outdoors in part or in total, please make necessary contingency plans (tent rental, etc.) Unless previously arranged in the booking, we are not able to make other rooms of the house available.
4) All setup, clean-up, and guest arrival and departure must occur during the time you booked. We can not accommodate early arrival for setup (even if a vendor has extenuating circumstances.) If cleanup or guest departure extends beyond the reservation time, additional time will be charged at the 1.5X the normal rates for your type of booking.
5) Trash bags must be taken with you at the end of your event. Unfortunately, we do not have a dumpster on site to accommodate. A $25 disposal fee **per each trash bag / item ** will be charged for each item left on site.
6) Normal electricity usage allowed
7) No loud noises
8) Outside catering/food allowed
9) No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, hookah, etc.) A $500 charge will be assessed if this rule is violated.
10) No filming of adult / X-rated content.
11) Alcohol allowed
12) No cooking
13) No ticketed events
14) No glassware in or near pool (for safety reasons)
15) No confetti or glitter. A $250 charge if confetti or glitter is used.
16) No hanging of items on walls or otherwise altering or modifying the space. A minimum $250 charge will be assessed if this rule is violated.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
