Host rules

Please read these rules carefully and feel free to ask us any questions you may have. These rules are in place to ensure safety and security during your event.
For everyone's protection, there will be indoor and outdoor camera surveillance. Please be aware of this.

- Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the building during the event. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving any damage.
- No smoking in the building.
- No open flames inside the building.
- Smoke bombs are also not allowed in or outside the venue, and there will be a $200 fee if any are found.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- DJs are allowed inside the venue only.
- No loud music outdoors.
- If your event runs past the scheduled end time, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please make sure to vacate the space and remove all items by the end time of your booking reservation.
- If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you will need to hire your own private security. The sale of alcohol is only allowed with TABC-certified and licensed bartenders. BYOB is allowed, but guests over the age of 21 must have a valid state-issued ID if consuming alcohol.

Please note that we reserve the right to immediately shut down the event if any guest breaks any house rules or local/state laws at any time during the event.
