Spacious Loft Perfect for Film/Photo Shoots is a unique venue.
It possesses a popular loft design, a kitchen to prepare food, a conference room, modern furniture as well as lots of space to get creative.
If you are thinking about a project, our loft will do a great job as a location for it since it offers plenty of natural light and space lighting to set different tones.
To make things even better, we hire our loft as an event venue as well. It will be a beautiful blank canvas venue for bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, breakfast/brunch/dinner parties, kid parties, and anything else.
The place has many features and add-ons. Chairs and banquet tables are available for rent.

Host rules
Please, do not leave any belongings (we will not be responsible for those).
There is absolutely no smoking in our venue allowed - no exceptions. Smoking in this venue will result in a $500 fine.
Please ensure that you are reserving the time that you need for your event in addition to the time needed for setup and breakdown, there is no grace period for setting up and cleaning up.
The event is to take place inside the venue only - there should be no partying/mingling in the parking lot. This is a shared parking lot for nearby businesses. No tents can be set up in the parking lot and no cookouts in the parking lot (please ask about food trucks prior to the event). Any trash left in the parking lot is an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Doors are to remain closed during the event, the back door is to remain locked.
All events should end no later than 1 AM the following morning.
There are 3 cameras located on the property. Two of the cameras are entry focused. The third camera is an interior camera of the entire space.
No open flames in the building (sparklers, gas burners, fire pits, torches, grills). Decorative candles are okay.
Distribution of alcohol and bartending services are allowed with a license and/or permit. Please note: a security guard must be booked for events after 5 pm for the duration of the event when alcohol is present. If self-serving you are responsible for your guests.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
We want to offer you a furnished loft in the Second Ward district, fully ready as a photo shoot and filming location.
Our space can also serve as a blank canvas for any event you're planning on throwing, from bridal and baby showers to dinner parties, as well as any business events.
There are many local restaurants in the area available for catering. We allow serving alcohol with a proper license or permit.
