Our beautiful place can be transformed to your liking.
We also can provide you with vendors who provide cool add-ons for your celebration, such as snowcone, popcorn and cotton candy machines, bubble machines, cash cubes, custom cakes, photobooths, full bar and many others.
9 Sixteen venue is well-ventilated and has free wifi. We also provide tables and chairs with each rental.
Prices
Monday to Friday full-day hire only for $550.
Saturday/Sunday: 6 hours for $800 or full-day hire for $1000.

In-house security is available for an additional fee.

Host rules
Security is required for all events that will have alcohol.
Please book at least 30-60 days in advance.
You are responsible for gathering trash and properly disposing of it.
9 Sixteen Event Space does not hold or reserve dates without BOTH a deposit and a signed agreement. A signed contract is not valid without payment of the deposit.
If your event continues through midnight you are required to have a security officer or police active at your event.
9 Sixteen doesn’t allow any hangings on the walls with pins or tape.
Please do not leave children unattended. 9 Sixteen event venue will not be responsible for lost or injured children.
If the building property is damaged by you, your guests, employees, or agents, your account will automatically be billed for related damages. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Smoking is not allowed - otherwise, a $150 smoking fee will apply.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
