We provide 2000 square feet of indoor space in addition to a lovely courtyard that is open all year long. We provide full-service decorations according to your theme and style! Up to 50 guests.

4 hours total time for up to 15 guests.
Rental time must include set up and clean-up time.
Includes use of the venue, decorations with backdrops, pedestals, paper flowers, decorated arch, sweet cart, LOVE/ONE/BABY table, neon sign, uplights, a champagne wall with glasses, highboy tables, wooden tables, Italian ghost chairs, table setting with upscale dinnerware, runners and centerpieces, cake stand, drink dispensers, beverage tub, all in-house furnishings and a cleaning fee.

Host rules
Set up and break down must be within the hours booked. Allow at least 30 min for each.
The venue has a fixed sound system and a portable speaker. We do not allow loud DJs.
No smoking or vaping inside the space– $300 fee for smoking plus whatever damage the fire sprinklers cause.
Children should be supervised at all times by an adult.
We do not allow confetti or glitter. If you use glitter in any decorations, including balloons, the fee is $50.
No open flame, all candles have to be contained in deep containers. Chafing dishes are only allowed in the bar area on the metal surface. The chaffing dishes have to be cleaned or disposed of by the booking party.
Pets are welcome.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
