About this space
The space is about 2000 sq ft, and you will have access to the entire main level with the exception of the office. The space has a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The space is a second level loft space. Building has a freight elevator available for use.
The space has about 6 table and 25 chair for use. Anything beyond that would have to be rented or provided by the guest booking the space. For daytime events, there are plenty of windows for natural light!

I really liked the venue, location, and how flexible the manager of the space was. He was willing to let me adjust the time several times which was very helpful.

The only thing I would change would be for the coordinator to discuss procedures ahead of time. Maybe a print out would be helpful. He communicated the day of, while I was trying to set up and was busy which made it a little difficult. If this was printed somewhere it would just make everything a little more seamless. I would also not recommend the space for large events due to all the other lofts/neighbors nearby. We had the music fairly low and only had 40 people and the neighbors still seemed bothered by it- this was a little frustrating because its advertised as an event space.
