Fulton West is an ideal venue for various special private events such as baby showers, wedding showers, small wedding ceremonies, photoshoots, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, meetings, creative retreats, mini conferences, and more.
Please note that Fulton West is not available for hosting public events or ticketed functions.

Allowed events
Host rules
- No smoking is allowed in the building or in the foyer area, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A fine will be applied.
- All events must conclude by 10 PM.
- Glitter or confetti cannot be used.
- All flames must be contained in glass.
- Nothing can be affixed to the walls (no nails, tape, etc.). Only self-standing structures may be used unless previously approved by management.
- Any damages to walls will be charged back to the client.
- Mandatory event insurance must include Host Liquor Liability for BYOB events or is required when using an insured bartender.
- No shots or neat pours are allowed.
- No self-service is allowed for bar.
- The maximum bar time is 5 hours.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The newly renovated 3,500 square foot space is perfect for groups of 10-70 and accessible from the ground floor. The space is complete with 2 restrooms and a small outdoor patio to enjoy the Chicago weather.
The Fulton West is now available for micro-weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette outings, photoshoots, meetings, art installations, bar & bat mitzvahs, and more!
