The layout also includes an upstairs office and private dressing room, making it easy to manage talent, prep looks, or handle production needs seamlessly. Professional lighting equipment is available along with an on site manager to assist in all production needs.* With a loading dock, elevator access, nearby parking, and convenient public transit, the studio is easy to access for crews, talent, and guests alike—whether you’re planning a full-scale production or an intimate creative gathering.

- No smoking inside the building.
- Camera monitors cover the entrance and main studio area for security.
Noise & Events
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No disruptively loud events; please respect neighboring spaces.
- Music and production audio should remain at reasonable levels.
Space & Equipment Use
- Furniture and décor can be moved within the studio but cannot leave the space.
- Studio equipment and props must be used responsibly and returned to their designated locations.
- Smoke machines and fog effects are allowed but must be discussed with the studio manager beforehand.
Creative Freedom
- Nudity is permitted for artistic shoots.
- Guests are expected to respect other tenants and common areas.
Cleanliness & Damage
- Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas; please clean up any spills immediately.
- Any damage to the studio, equipment, or décor must be reported immediately.
