About this space
Studio #2 is a beautiful and charming location that provides you with the space and look you would need for those larger shoots. Our 24x20' studio is the perfect space for all of your creative needs. It is fully equipped with a seamless setup, hair and makeup stations, wifi, iPod hookups, racks, tables, and chairs. This space can host parties of up to 20 people comfortably while leaving plenty of room to do hair, makeup, styling, and more.
Clients in the past have used the space for e-commerce, castings, editorial shoots, catalog shoots, video production, music videos, production meet-up space, classes, fashion shoots, and much more.
Similar to Studio #1, this space has hardwood floors, all-white walls, 12-foot ceilings, and four large windows which allow for daylight shooting. We have a large range of equipment included with your rental and available for rent.

No smoking in the building.
While the studios are generally quiet, we cannot guarantee it will be completely soundproof.
One pull of seamless paper is included with studio rentals over 2 hours, and additional seamless paper is $25 per pull.
We keep the white, black, and grey seamless paper in the studios. If we don't have your specific seamless color, we can order it for you and have it delivered to the studio. We charge for the cost of the roll plus the delivery fee. You can also bring your own background if you prefer.
Equipment is not included with 2-hour rentals. Seamless is $25 per pull. We include one pull for rentals over two hours.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
