No neighbors below—noise is not an issue.
It's perfect for productions as well, with a podcast & video setup (green screen, cameras, mics), and also features a kitchenette with fridge & prep area, on-site bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi & full A/V support, and staff support available upon request

- Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Overtime fees apply if you go past your booked time.
