Host rules

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. For those who wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area on the first floor or step outside the building.

Respect for Space and Community: Loitering within the building is not allowed. As tenants, we must show respect for other occupants and the broader community.

Music and Noise Levels: Music is permitted, but please keep the volume at a respectful level, considering the comfort of other tenants in the building.

Furniture and Decor: Feel free to rearrange furniture and decorations, but ensure everything is returned to its original location at the end of your session. This helps maintain consistency for all users.

Care of Equipment: Misuse or damage to furniture and equipment may incur additional fees, proportional to the extent of the damage.

Ladder Usage: The ladder is for decorative purposes only and should not be climbed. We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse.

Booking Time: Include prep and cleanup in your booking duration. The start and end times of your booking encompass these activities.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Disruptive or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.

Backdrop Use: Do not cut or replace backdrops without prior permission. For specific backdrop requests, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking.

Security and Safety: Remember to lock the door upon leaving. Failure to do so will result in a fine. The studio is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance for security. The camera may be deactivated upon request and approval, subject to a refundable deposit fee.

Please note that we do not accept one-hour bookings. If you book for one hour, you will be charged for a minimum of two hours.
