The first floor is our prime event space with bar, bathrooms, and gold features that add character to any event. The space is fairly open and blank, allowing for decoration, photo booths, and more.
Our basement houses our living room themed lounge. Perfect for smaller gatherings and content creation, the basement has much more design character and is perfect for creatives in need of a video or photo shoot location. The basement also has its own bathroom and separate entrance.

-No loitering or congregating in front of the location.
-No loud music on the first floor after 11pm.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors.
-Security required for events with over 40 people.
-No flyers or promoted parties.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
