Event Room at Audace Restaurant
About this space
Set on our top floor, the Event Room is a private, fully enclosed space with tall ceilings, a fireplace lounge, floor-to-ceiling windows and its own covered terrace overlooking Park Avenue South. Round or long tables for a seated dinner, presentation seating for meetings, or an open floor for cocktail receptions. A 65" screen is included. Ideal for corporate dinners, client entertainment, rehearsal dinners and milestone celebrations.
CAPACITY
Up to 40 guests seated, up to 60 standing.
HOW PRICING WORKS
Events are food and beverage events with our kitchen and bar. Instead of a rental fee, the room has a food and beverage minimum spend:
- Event Room: $5,000 food and beverage minimum
- The minimum excludes 8.875% NY sales tax, 20% gratuity and a 3% credit card processing fee
- Minimums in November and December are subject to increase
You can reach the minimum with any combination of our menus and drinks packages. There is no room rental fee.
MENUS
- Seated dinner packages from $75 to $165 per person, served family-style or plated
- Standing reception packages from $55 to $150 per person: passed hors d'oeuvres and chef-attended stations
- Open bar packages from $55 per person for the first two hours
- Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options always available
HOURS
The top floor is available until 10 PM.

- Every date is confirmed on request. Send us your date, guest count and format and we will reply with availability and a proposal suited to your needs.
- Final guest count is due 7 days before the event.

Host rules
- All bookings are confirmed on request and with a signed event contract.
- Final guaranteed guest count is due 7 days before the event. The event may not exceed the confirmed guest count.
- Events are contracted to a specific timeframe. The top floor (Event Room and rooftop) closes at 10 PM; full restaurant buyouts can run until 12 AM Sunday to Thursday and 2 AM Friday and Saturday. Guests must leave by closing time.
- Booking the Event Room does not include exclusive use of the rooftop or the restaurant dining room, which may remain open to other guests.
- No outside food or beverages.
- No smoking anywhere in the building.
