Every corner of the café is thoughtfully designed, from the local art on the walls to the mismatched, chairs and tables. The attention to detail creates an authentic atmosphere that will enhance the realism of your scenes.
The café's layout is highly adaptable, allowing you to transform it to fit your specific needs. We can offer a cozy corner for an intimate conversation, a communal table for a bustling coffee shop scene, a private room to film an office scene, or a backyard with a playscape, our flexible layout can accommodate it all.
The space is also great for scenes for a casual meet-up, a romantic date, or a solo contemplative moment, providing the quintessential backdrop for intimate and heartwarming scenes.
When you choose the daily buyout option, you'll have exclusive access to Brentwood Social House for the duration of your shoot. This means no disruptions from other customers and the freedom to set up your equipment and scenes without constraints.
Access: Complete access to inside and outside spaces at Brentwood Social House (with the exception of the kitchen) from 8am to 10pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Anything outside of those hours would be an additional $500/hour charge.

Host rules
Catering/Alcohol: You are welcome to BYO food and/or use an off-site caterer. Off-site caterers will not have access to our kitchen equipment. If you bring in alcohol, you must follow the TABC rules and regulations while on the premises.
Smoking/Drug-Free: Smoking or use of any tobacco product is not allowed inside the building, on the backyard or in any entrances, exits or other areas immediately adjacent to the space.
Firearms and Weapons: Possession of any firearms or weapons is prohibited on the property unless the person is a law enforcement officer or security officer authorized to carry weapons at the time of the event.
Music/Outdoor Sound: All outdoor music/sound must be kept below 75 decibels and to cease no later than 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Any fines will be billed to Renter. Live music or DJs are permitted INSIDE only.
Decorations: You may bring in your own decor, however, we ask that the space be returned to its original condition upon completion of the event with ALL decor removed, chairs/tables back in place, and trash picked up. Please do not use any decor that would cause permanent damage to the building or is hard to clean up, including staples, glue, tape, confetti, glitter, sand, or bubble machines.
Clean Up: All food and beverage debris, decoration supplies, and other trash must be picked up, bagged and removed from the property by the Renter.
Removal for Unruly Behavior: Failure to comply with security or management requests, excessive noise, foul language, violation of rules and regulations, or unruly behavior may result in the Renter’s removal from the premises and/or the contacting of law enforcement agencies.
Damaged Property: The Renter will be responsible for the full cost of cleaning and/or repairing any damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, of the property.

This charming venue is an adorable bungalow that offers the unique and nostalgic charm of Old Austin, making it the perfect spot for gatherings and events that crave a touch of comfort and quirkiness.
Brentwood Social House offers three distinct rooms, each with its own character and local artwork, ensuring a versatile and accommodating space for your event. The main room is the heart of the shop and can comfortably seat approximately 30 guests. Its ample space allows for various seating arrangements, making it suitable for anything from business meetings to group gatherings. A smaller side room can seat around 12 guests. Families with children will appreciate the larger "family" room, which seats around 16-20 guests. This room offers a playful environment with a play kitchen, books, and toys for the little ones, ensuring that families feel at ease while enjoying their time at the cafe. Overall, the indoor capacity of Brentwood Social House can accommodate up to 99 guests, making it an ideal choice for events of various sizes.
In addition to the indoor spaces, the fenced-in backyard is a true gem of the venue. The covered patio area with tables and chairs provides an outdoor setting for guests to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Throughout the backyard, you'll find various seating vignettes, creating intimate nooks for conversations and connections.
