2 hours minimum. There is a cleaning fee for each tier dependent on number of attendees and a $500 refundable security deposit with each rental.
We are a public art gallery, so if you're serving alcohol, we do require TABC certified bartender. We don't have a liquor license. So we cannot sell liquor unless you bring in a bartending company with a License to sell.

We had an amazing time hosting our kick off event at RichesArt Gallery. The space was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better host or experience. Our guests had such a great time and especially loved the graffiti wall experience. I will definitely be booking another event.
