About this space
Named as the “Best Gallery Or Museum In Texas” by the American Art Awards, Ao5 Gallery would love to host your private party or corporate event! With over 6,500 square feet of contemporary art, our gallery is ideal in providing a great eclectic setting for receptions, cocktail parties, corporate gatherings or other events. It is conveniently located 10 miles from downtown in The Arboretum - a beautiful, tree covered, outdoor shopping area with ample parking.
Prices
After hours pricing: ($750+/hr) There is a 2 hour minimum and needs to include set up, tear down and clean up.
During business hours pricing: ($350+/hr ) Event must allow regular business operations to occur for Ao5 Gallery.
To close the gallery during business hours is an option for additional fee which can be discussed.
Vendors and bartenders must be approved and arrive/depart according to contracted times. Event rental does not include installation of other artists’ works.
Liability insurance must be provided for events. If alcohol is being served, a Liquor Liability is required in your general liability insurance coverage terms.

About Ao5 Gallery
Ao5 Gallery is Austin’s largest contemporary art gallery and has been committed to bringing a wide selection of accessible fine art to Austin since 1998. The gallery has artists from six of the seven continents. We are constantly changing our display of featured artists to attract new visitors and keep the gallery fresh. With multiple artist receptions and events each month, there is always something new to see and experience, even for frequent visitors.
