Him and his on site manager Derek were the best. David Dupoy Studios Letting us host our celebrations of life service for my late father was an honor. David & Derek was making sure we needed anything for the service. The hospitality & the care they showed us during a difficult time was incredible. I would recommend anyone to rent out this space. This past weekend a had a group of 70 friends and family at Avenida for a post-marathon celebration and they were exceptional hosts! From the initial communication with Emma, the setup, to the staff at Avenida- everything was prefect! We had a semi-private booking which included the full balcony just to our group, plenty of space, heat lamps to keep warm and the had a water table set up for guests. We didn’t have any pre-ordered catered food, but guests were able to order their own off the menu which was great. In addition, I was surprised to see they had a banner, and balloons set up for us to capture the marathon celebration!! The location is perfect, located right at Penn Plaza and we had the beautiful MSG in the background. Highly recommend!

This space was extremely clean and spacious! It smelled so nice too! Zachary was so helpful and always responded to my texts and a questions in a timely manner. He provided everything we needed and the space was perfect for our event!! The loft was in a great place where people could access us easily but wasn't too exposed to the street. It was a quick check-in and easy lock up as well. So grateful to Zachary for making our event AWESOME!
