With seating for up to 60 guests and standing capacity for 80, the venue offers elegant décor, a warm atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate WC facilities for men and women, creating a comfortable setting for your event.
Prices
Weekends £50 per hour / £400 per day;
A minimum booking fee of 2 hours will be taken as a deposit to confirm and secure the booking.
The venue must be left clean and tidy at the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in a £30 cleaning charge.

Host rules
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue.
- Guests must respect the venue, furniture, and décor at all times.
- Any damage caused to the building, furniture, equipment, or décor must be paid for by the person hiring the venue.
- No illegal substances or unlawful activity are permitted on the premises.
- Music volume must remain at a respectful level and comply with local noise regulations.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please ensure the venue is left clean and tidy after use.
- The management reserves the right to end the event if any inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour takes place.
