A large stretch tent covers the main event area, providing shelter while keeping the outdoor feel — perfect for hosting in all weather. For shows and performances, professional-grade equipment is available on-site and can be included in your hire: a full Funktion-One sound system, DJ booth with CDJs/mixer, and mounted lighting including four PAR cans and industrial-style lightbars. These features give you the option to create a fully immersive music or entertainment experience without having to bring in your own kit, but you’re equally welcome to customise with your own production.

The site offers easy load-in for staging, décor, and catering, plus on-site power to support AV setups. Its proximity to Meridian Water Station makes it easily accessible for guests and suppliers coming from anywhere in London.
