Host rules

By submitting your signed Booking Application Form and paying the required fees, you agree to the terms below. The Hirer (21+) is personally liable along with any named organisation.

1. Booking & Payment
A £200 refundable damage deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made 30 days before the event. No confirmation = no booking. Payment by bank transfer only.

2. Cancellations

30+ days before: 70% refund (excluding deposit)

14–30 days: 50% refund

Under 14 days: No refund
Postponements are at CG’s discretion and must be in writing.

3. Hire Duration
Hire time includes setup and takedown. Exceeding hours incurs £40/hour. Extra access must be pre-approved.

4. Use of Venue
The hirer is liable for all persons and activities on site. No unlawful, dangerous, or excessively noisy activities permitted. Licenses, permits, and insurance are your responsibility. CG may require SIA door staff at your cost. No sub-hiring allowed. No cooking on site. Only white tac for decorations. Highly flammable items are prohibited.

5. Damage & Liability
You’re responsible for all damages and extra cleaning. The £200 deposit will be refunded within 10 days after inspection. CG is not liable for loss, damage, or injury. All accidents must be reported promptly.

6. Health & Safety
Max capacity: 80. Keep exits clear. Provide a list of all external vendors. Contractors must have public liability insurance and RAMS documents 14 days prior. Suppliers used without CG’s approval will result in the loss of the deposit. Caterers must meet food hygiene regulations. Electricals must be PAT tested and safe. The Hirer is in charge during public access and is responsible for venue supervision.

7. Cleaning
Cleaning is not included. All rubbish must be bagged and bins used. Failure to clean may incur charges.

The Community Music Hub is a dynamic and welcoming creative space located in Art Park, Harrow, run by Crowning Greatness CIC, and featuring high wooden ceilings, natural light, and a modern yet relaxed environment, perfect for creativity, collaboration, and community.

Purpose-built for music, media, and wellbeing, the space regularly hosts workshops in music production, rap, lyric writing, DJing, youth mentoring, and community events, offering flexibility for a wide range of activities.
