To ensure a fantastic experience for all our guests and to respect our neighbours, we've put together a few simple rules for using "The Shed Social." By booking our space, you agree to these terms:
Noise & Music: As we're in a residential area, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise at a respectful level, especially when arriving and departing. Our music system has a cut-off time of 10:30 PM to ensure neighbourly peace. Please plan for quieter activities or departure after this time.
Arrival & Departure: We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all guests arrive and depart quietly from the premises, especially late in the evening.
Alcohol & Beverages: Guests are welcome to Bring Your Own Beverages (BYOB) to enjoy responsibly within the space.
Outside Catering: Yes, outside catering is allowed, so feel free to arrange your own food or bring snacks to complement your event.
Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all, no smoking is allowed inside The Shed Social structure. Please use the designated outdoor area for smoking and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly in the provided ashtrays.
Damage & Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you treat The Shed Social with care. While we handle basic cleaning, we expect the space to be left in a reasonable condition with all rubbish bagged and placed in the bins provided. Guests are responsible for any significant damage caused to the property or equipment during their booking.
Illegal Substances: The use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Children: If children are present, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
