Versatile Clothing Store at Bread and Butter
About this space
Our clothing store, Bread and Butter, is a vintage clothing store and has been based there for the past 2 years. We have a cafe/events space on the floor above and a music studio on the top floor.
We're now offering our space out to people to use for a variety of purposes. We've had people use it for pop-ups, but also workshops and supper clubs!
We can either leave the clothes on the rails or move them out, but either way we'll of course clear the middle section and can put tables and chairs in there if needed.
We've had brands who've taken over the shop for weeks in the past, so we're more than happy to accommodate extended bookings.
Theres a storage room in the back and a bathroom as well.
We're pretty open to hearing any ideas you may have so just let us know :)

Host rules
No smoking in the building, there is a smoking area outside. We can cater but outside catering is allowed. We have a fully functional bar as standard or you can pay corkage to bring in your own alcohol. Music must be played at volume we set.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
