1000sq feet in our beautiful new studio, ideally located on Fish Island in Hackney Wick.
A bright, minimal, and calming studio ideal for wellness sessions, intimate events, or creative hire. The space features soft lighting, warm flooring, and privacy-enhancing sage curtains — making it perfect for breathwork, movement, meditation, pop-ups, and small group events.
Props, blocks, bolsters, blankets and flat mat storage are included. A Sonos sound system supports ambient or music-led classes. There’s also a stylish seating area and access to facilities. Located in Hackney Wick, moments from the canal and Overground.

Host rules
• Please arrive and leave within your booked time slot (including setup and pack-down).
• No outdoor shoes on the studio floor — barefoot or clean socks only.
• If you wish to wear shoes for your activity, please bring suitable floor coverings or contact us in advance to discuss.
• Props and equipment must be returned neatly to their original position.
• Food and drink are only permitted in the social space.
• Light prep can be done in the shared communal kitchen located at the rear of the studio.
• No smoking, alcohol, or naked flames permitted anywhere on site.
• Volume must be kept respectful — Sonos system available (no external speakers).
• Basic cleaning is included at no extra charge for respectful guests. A £25 reset fee may apply if the space is not returned to its original condition.
• Communal toilets available within the building — key fob access provided at check-in.
• Hosts may refuse entry or end hire early if these guidelines are breached.
