Heart is a peaceful 100 sqm mezzanine studio with an open layout & calm atmosphere.

The space accommodates 40 seated or 70 standing guests. It comes with all necessary yoga equipment, including ample mats to suit your group size. Flexible seating and an advanced sound system support immersive experiences. Guests also have access to on-site changing rooms for convenience.

About The Sanctuary & Soul

Heart is a 100 sqm mezzanine studio for intimate workshops and movement classes.

Soul is a 194 sqm double-height warehouse and integrated sound system for live events and large format workshops and classes.

The Sensorium is a 90 sqm spa with 360 degree audio spread across two rooms designed around contrasts of sun and the moon, fire and ice. Immersions move between a 45 sqm 60-90 degree sauna, cold mist and rain showers, and ice baths.

The Sanctuary also includes a fully-equipped co-work space, ethical concept store, nourishing plant-based cafe and non-alcoholic elixir bar.
